How To Perform Jal Neti?

To perform Jala Neti you will need a Jala Neti pot. You will find the Jala Neti pot in our yoga school in rishikesh. Then, you need lukewarm water and a quarter of salt to add to it. You can use sea salt or rock salt.

Keep both your legs apart and bend forward a little tilt your head to the left and insert the nozzle of the Jal Neti pot into the right nostril while breathing normally through the mouth. And do the same with the left nostril.

After completing this nasal technique do Kapalabhati so that the remaining water or mucus comes out.
