I completed my 200TTC at Hatha Yoga School in December 2023, and it was an incredibly enriching experience. Our small group size allowed ample space for questions and personalized attention which is something that might distinguish the school from many others. Pankaj's dedication to ensuring every individual had a positive experience was remarkable. He was always there when there were any concerns or problems and committed to making everyone feel good, which fostered a safe environment. Moreover, the entire teaching team was great! Everyone was really committed to teaching us their knowledge, very kind, funny and with great energy. The course content aligned precisely with what was advertised on their website. Although we didn't cover mantras or did any excursions, the curriculum was full of knowledge so that we did not miss these parts. And even though everyone of us had a different knowledge of and experience with yoga, the content was perfect for everyone. While I cannot compare it to other schools in Rishikesh, I found this experience to be perfect for me. For me Hatha Yoga World provided a safe and beautiful space to dive into the yoga world. Last but not least!! The food was great, the staff at the hotel really nice and I really liked the view from the rooftop with nice sunrises and sunsets.

Wonderful life for 4 weeks. If you happen want to learn yoga deeply but not too much like you wanna be a yoga master, means too much méditations and waking UP AT 4 AM. Not too much for New comer. This school is perfect. I have my yoga knowledge deeper than before and i could release my knee pains since i finish the 200 hrs YTT and practise' it AT home After a month. Thanks to all the teachers. Pankaj, Nitin, Subham and Raja, who are patients to teach us and manage to transfér their knowledge and teaching to yogi beginner's like me. What else could you expect on earth ?? I am free from my knee pain and all the joint pains i had before. Again.. WE need to practise it regularly . Right the choice is yours.. what you want to do in life...free from whatever that suffers us and become joyful in life . By the way..this is not a school for those who wants to do a lot of méditation which IS perfect to me.

Life changing!!! I am grateful, I feel the program was not to strenuous on my mind and body, but definitely was challenging enough that it pushed my mental beyond where I came in, as far as my physical body, I was able to do things I haven’t been able to do since I was a kid. I wish that anyone who loves yoga could experience this. I came here with basic yoga knowledge and I am now leaving knowing that yoga is a beautiful, continuous, life-changing journey. I was so blessed to find the right people who supported me on this. The school is located in a perfect spot in Tapovan, Rishikesh, close to lots of shops and restaurants, which you won't really need because the meals served here are delicious and healthy. The rooms are big and comfortable. It really feels like home. My journey started with 200hrs TTC, but as I've started experiencing authentic and traditional yoga I knew that this school could give me more and more, so I extended my staying and completed also 300hrs TTC. With an intense schedule and a perfect routine I have learnt about shatkarma, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and asanas with proper alignment. The quality of the teaching is really high; the teachers are very knowledgeable and experienced. Pankaj Ji, Shubham Ji, Nitin Ji and Raj Ji all have special ways of sharing their knowledge with such a kindness, passion and enthusiasm. They are able to adjust depending on your level of experience, making sure that you learn in a safe way. Hence I would recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn more and share about yoga. I had been looking for a yoga school in India since 2019 then COVID came. 2022 Finally i found it and april 2023 ibenjoyed every minute i spent a in rishikesh inside the hatha yoga world's environment. Teachers are truly knowledgeable and professional. class group is not crowded at all that makes us have Space and learn also pay attention easily. I felt really confortable in the classroom and my room. Vegetarian food that i never thought would be so delicious. If you are looking for yoga teacher's traîning or just learn yoga liké i did, through Great yoga teachers in this school WE have a perfect option because this is a school that is not too heavy to digest. I did 100 h Hatha TTC here. The Teachers are very very knowledgable and bring you Joy and a lot of valuable Information during the course. I want to highlight especially the Philosophy and Anatomy teacher as well as Hatha Yoga teacher Pankaj (obviously). I have done a 200 TtC before and feel that i gained a much more deeper understanding of Philosophy and Anatomy now. Pankaj, owner and Asana teacher is very very nice and friendly Person. He helpdesk with all questions or particular issues. For me e.g. i have lower back issues and he helped me Especially with that. Also i would like to talk about the tasty and healthy food we were served everyday. The TTc is taking place at a hotel located right in the City Center, which obviously has positive characteristics (safe and nearby from everything). I am very glad to have joined Pankajs Course.
